Gluten Free Flour Mix
Our favorite gluten free brownie mix calls for a gluten free all purpose flour blend. Using a blend of flours in gluten free baked goods generally produces a better texture than using just one kind of gluten free flour like rice flour. You can buy gluten free flour blends from companies like Authentic Foods, Bob’s Red Mill, Domata Living, and Ener-G Foods, or you can make your own using the following recipe. This gluten free flour mix can be used in all sorts of gluten free dessert recipes, not just brownies.
Combine flours in a large bowl and mix well. Store in a tightly covered container.
