Gluten Free Pizza Crust Recipe

This is our favorite recipe for gluten free pizza crust. It’s fairly easy to make and it has a texture that is very similar to pizza crusts made from wheat flour. We think you’ll be very pleased with it. There are some other recipes for gluten free crust that call for fewer ingredients and so might be a bit easier, but we just don’t think they taste as good.

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer on high speed for about three minutes, until well-combined.

Spread your gluten free pizza dough on a lightly greased pizza pan or a pizza stone. Bake at 425 degrees for ten minutes.

Then proceed to make your pizza. Top with sauce, cheese, and whatever toppings you like. Check to make sure all toppings are gluten free, of course. Bake for about 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and the edges of your pizza are golden-brown.
