Gluten Free Soup
You may be wondering if there is gluten free soup available. In fact, there are number of gluten free soups out there.

White Chili Soup
In a large pot, sauté the onion, red pepper, and garlic in a small amount of olive oil until slightly soft, about five minutes. Add chicken to the pot, sprinkle liberally with cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder, and stir well. Add chicken broth, salsa, and green chiles to the pot and stir well. Add 1 ½ teaspoons cumin, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, and ¼ teaspoon onion powder, and stir well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer for 40 minutes.
Tuscan White Bean Soup
In a large soup pot, sauté onion, carrots, celery, and garlic in a little olive oil until slightly soft, about five minutes. Add veggie broth, beans, and rosemary to the pot and bring to a boil. Stir well. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes. Puree 2 cups of soup in a blender, then return to the pot. Add lemon juice, stir, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
